Tasco Tableware
Tasco is a tableware collection of products with a focus on traditional pottery. Drawing inspiration from portuguese gastronomic culture. Designed and produced in Portugal. We created Tasco Tableware as an independent brand in 2019.
"In Tasco, the distant memory of vernacular places runs through the work of a group of designers who affirm a displaced Portuguese identity because of emmigration, Erasmus semesters, gourmet restaurants and “pret-a-pôrter” tourism.
Although we are a travelled generation, we still remember that the food served in the traditional red clay tableware tastes better."

The brand grew to an array of tableware products where the celebration of food and pottery creates a connection between the past and the present.
We work in close collaboration with João Coelho, a master potter located in Moitalina.
