Do I have to pay for shipping costs?
The shipping cost vary according to the delivery address and the type of product. After you add the products to the cart, you can calculate the shipping in the checkout page. For two or more products we only charge the cost for the heaviest/largest one.
How much time does it take to deliver my order?
Portugal – 2/3 days
EU – 5/7 days
Non-EU – 7 days or more
How can I track the shipment of my order?
Once the goods are dispatched we will send you an email with tracking info.
I live outside Europe, will I be charged any additional taxes?
For deliveries abroad the customer is responsible for all import duty and taxes controlled by the country of destination. We are not liable for any goods held or refused at customs.
Where can I get a discount code?
The best way to gain access to a discount code is to follow us on Social Media (especially on instagram) or by subscribing to our newsletter. We love to cuddle our most loyal fans!
How can I pay for my order?
We accept all payments via PayPal or Direct Bank Transfer. When we receive proof of payment we will dispatch the goods. All our prices are in Euros (€) and are inclusive of VAT.
All prices are subject to change and we retain the right to adjust prices at any given moment.
Once you have finished shopping you will receive an email confirmation of your order. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us via that e-mail.
What happens if I don’t receive my order or receive a faulty good?
In the event of not receiving your order please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org after the estimated time of delivery stated above. We will check the situation with our shipping company and get back to you asap.
In the event of receiving damaged or faulty goods also contact us at email@example.com.
You will receive a full refund if:
– Goods are returned to us within 14 days of receipt of delivery.
– Goods are returned in salable condition with their original packaging.
We will not accept returns if the item indicates signs of use. In such cases the item will be returned to the purchaser. For accepted returns refunds will be made as soon as possible to the debited account excluding delivery costs. Please note, we cannot refund postage costs and the cost of returned goods is at your expense. Please make sure the items are securely packed, as the parcel is your responsibility until the goods reach us. We are not responsible for goods being lost or damaged in transit and we do not offer exchanges on goods.

Due to their unique production methods, hand made and in small series, some of our products may have some slight discrepancies in material texture or shape. We think this is what makes the pieces unique. This is specially true to the ICONICS Collection products.
VICARA cannot be held responsible for such discrepancies.
