Because of the type of computer used, color settings, Internet browser or other, the colors and textures shown in the photographs of the site may differ from the real products.
Due to their unique production methods, hand made and in small series, some of our products may have some slight discrepancies in material texture or shape. We think this is what makes the pieces unique. This is specially true to the Terra Collection products.
VICARA cannot be held responsible for such discrepancies.
We offer the shipping costs to all countries if you make a minimum order of:

– European Countries – 47€
– Non-European Countries – 175€
Once the goods are dispatched we will send you an email with tracking info. For deliveries abroad the customer is responsible for all import duty and taxes controlled by the country of destination. We are not liable for any goods held or refused at customs.
Pricing & Payment
We accept all payments via PayPal or Direct Bank Transfer. When we receive proof of payment we will dispatch the goods. All our prices are in Euros (€) and are inclusive of VAT.
All prices are subject to change and we retain the right to adjust prices at any given moment.
Once you have finished shopping you will receive an email confirmation of your order. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us via that e-mail.

In the event of receiving damaged or faulty goods please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
You will receive a full refund if:
– Goods are returned to us within 14 days of receipt of delivery.
– Goods are returned in salable condition with their original packaging.
We will not accept returns if the item indicates signs of use. In such cases the item will be returned to the purchaser. For accepted returns refunds will be made as soon as possible to the debited account excluding delivery costs. Please note, we cannot refund postage costs and the cost of returned goods is at your expense. Please make sure the items are securely packed, as the parcel is your responsibility until the goods reach us. We are not responsible for goods being lost or damaged in transit and we do not offer exchanges on goods.
